Everyone that works there, Techs and front of the house are all wonderful human beings. You’re treated with respect and dignity when you go in there. The pricing is fair but what’s most impressive is the ability to get your vehicle in and out as quickly as they do.

I recently 6/17/26 had my breaks and routers replaced. Right from the beginning of the initial call, the mechanic was very friendly. He went out of his way to get my car in as quickly as possible. He had a very good personality and laughed at my jokes. He took his time to answer questions and address my concerns. Talk about convenience! The shop made it very easy for me to drop off my car on my time! They were very prompt at getting my car done as soon as possible so I wouldn't be without. During pick up the woman servicing the deck was super helpful. My car now stops on a dime. Great job! So if you're looking for reliable, dependable, convenient, trustworthy work look no more because this is the place to go.

I was referred here by a coworker and was highly impressed with the experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. My state inspection wait time wasn’t long at all, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. They also had some awesome swag available for purchase, which was a nice bonus. What really stood out was how well-organized everything was. Even though they operate on a walk-in basis during certain timeframes, the team is such a well-oiled machine that the wait hardly feels noticeable. The amazing staff, excellent work ethic, and overall customer experience have made a lasting impression on me. This gem of a place has definitely earned my business, and I’d like to make it my go-to spot for state inspections. I felt compelled to leave a review and share what a great experience I had.

This is an excellent place to get your state inspection and oil change done. Fast and efficient. Stop by any morning between 8 and 10, and they will do it while you wait. So easy.

I've used their car clinic twice and was very impressed by how efficient and organized they were. Prices were fair and the staff are very pleasant. Since Best Automotive closed, I'm happy to find another trustworthy place in Kittery.
